The motion process is free of mechanical friction and wear, with ultra-low vibration, enabling nanometer-level positioning and exceptional straightness. Available in single-axis, XY 2D, and gantry air-floating configurations to meet the stringent requirements for friction, jitter, and thermal drift in high-precision applications.
